  Mission Statement

Builds communities of music makers that empower youth to occupy their unique advantage in transforming our world.

Sisterhood

We believe in the power of sisterhood — a deep, nurturing bond rooted in trust, empathy, and shared purpose. Through music, young people and caring adults connect in ways that cultivate belonging, healing, and joy. This sisterhood is sacred. We celebrate it, protect it, and grow it with love and intention.

The Power of Song

Song has the extraordinary ability to heal, unite, and ignite change. It brings joy, tells truth, and inspires movements. We use our voices not just to perform — but to shift hearts, minds, and communities.

Every Child Can Achieve

We see the brilliance in every child. Each girl brings a unique mix of gifts, passions, and potential. SCG creates spaces where those strengths are nurtured — and where all youth can safely flourish, lead, and thrive.

Cantar y Luchar — “Sing and Strive”

We strive for excellence in the process — not just the product. Through music-making, we model determination, discipline, and the pursuit of big dreams. We don’t just sing — we build the skills to lead.

Persistence pays. Sisterhood is strength.
Roadblocks don’t define us — we rise, together.

We sing. We strive. We lead the way.
